 OUR PROCESS

In order to deliver the superior, professional service that we offer, Shambley and Son General Contractors, LLC adheres to the following proposal and contract process:

1- Initial contact from customer either by phone, email or dedicated contact form or appointment request through this website.

2- We will reply to all emails, phone calls and contact forms within 24 hours.

3- We set up appointment at a date and time convenient for you.

4- At the appointment we will confer with you concerning the project to be completed, materials needed to complete the project, take photographs of areas needing work to assist in drafting an accurate quote,determine the time frame to begin and end work and address any other questions that you might have.

5-The proposal, including cost, estimated start and finish dates, deposit amount and payment schedule and other pertinent details is either emailed, faxed or delivered to you usually within 48 hours.

6-We will follow up with you in approximately 24 hours after delivering it to you to discuss any questions or concerns related to the proposal.

7- If proposal is accepted, contract is initiated oulining the services to be performed and all other considerations and signed by all parties.

8- Deposit received and start date finalized and agreed to by all parties.

9- Work begins!
